Nationally Recognized Lemon Law Attorney Serving Minnesota
It is a consumer's worst nightmare when they buy a car, truck, motor home or other vehicle that does not work properly. A defective vehicle can be an unnecessary burden. You should not have to spend countless hours taking it in repeatedly for the same repair. Minnesota Lemon Law and the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act can go a long way to protect you as a consumer.
Attorney Vince Megna has what it takes to represent your Lemon Law case with authority. He wrote the book on Lemon Law called "Bring on Goliath: Lemon Law Justice in America." Respected by his peers and opponents, Megna was recognized as:
"One of the most effective consumer lawyers I have known. His dogged determination has resulted in numerous appellate opinions that have helped not only his individual clients, but all [consumers]."
—Stephen Meilli, Professor of Clinical Law, University of Minnesota Law School
Lemon Law Rights in Minnesota
Minnesota's Lemon Law covers consumers who have purchased defective vehicles. A seller is obligated to service a lemon vehicle, replace it altogether or refund your money under the Lemon Law.
Minnesota's Lemon Law is favorable to the consumer. If the vehicle is out of service for more than 30 days; if the vehicle needs to be repaired four times in the first two years after purchase; and if the problem prevents you from safely using the car, you may be entitled to a full refund.
